The Center for Political and Economic Thought (CPET): An interdisciplinary public affairs institute that sponsors research and education programs, primarily in the fields of politics, economics, and moral-cultural affairs.
The Small Business Development Center (SBDC): This award-winning center provides entrepreneurs with the education, information, and tools necessary to start or grow a small business in Westmoreland and Fayette Counties.
The Service Corps of Retired Executives (SCORE): The local chapter of a nonprofit association that provides access to the insight and knowledge of retired business owners, executives, and managers with a wide variety of business experiences, interests, and skills.
The Kennametal Center for Operational Excellence (KCOE): The KCOE offers training and continuing education events in areas related to Operational Excellence including lean, leadership, project management, and other topics.
The Gary Quinlivan Operational Excellence Lab: Rooted in our nearly two decades of focus on Operational Excellence, this unique lab provides further hands-on learning to our students and allows our faculty to extend our offerings to organizations pursuing our unique version of Operational Excellence.
