About Ms. Joan Roach
Ms. Joan Roach is the Education Department Administrative Assistant. Ms. Roach holds an A.S. in Business from Robert Morris University and her responsibilities include student services and certification. She also assists in Department functions and communications. Prior to joining the Education Department, Ms. Roach served as a part-time assistant for Saint Vincent ScienceWise (an outreach program to local schools), media specialist at Volkswagen of America, assistant to the Director of Communications for Greater Latrobe School District and an office manger at the Ligonier Echo Newspaper.
